DENIM-DIRT and ALONG COMES GROWTH!

GET YOUR COWBOY/GIRL BOOTS ON!

GET YOUR COWBOY/GIRL BOOTS ON!

What a pleasure it is to be a part of our clients’ growth and learning as they encounter our equines who help them, in turn, “encounter” themselves. Equine Assisted Growth and Learning or Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is the most powerful therapy/growth and learning I have experienced in my 30 year career.

Being outside in a natural setting and collaborating with the equines is a “recipe for success” whether you work with us as an individual, family group, or small business. We look forward to working with you.

A GREAT RETREAT and MORE TO COME

Meanwhile, BE OUR GUEST at our OPEN BARN on May 25, 2014 from 9am to noon. Meet our equines, experience or watch an EAP demonstration and just enjoy…See you soon! Don’t forget to RSPV…

FEELINGS AND LITTLE ONES

Oh, we were all this cute at one time…what feelings come up for you when you look at this picture? Delight? Cutest thing I ever saw feeling? I want to touch it and hug it feeling? Love? Hey, remember we were all this cute and precious and still are. Could we project some of those feeling toward ourselves? Come on out to Denim ‘n Dirt EAGL, and we can help you find and nurture your truthful self-compassion.

THANK YOU, DAD

One of the sayings my Dad often said was: “Jane, the only thing you can really depend on in life is CHANGE!” Well as life continues on and in the moment when I rail against CHANGE, I always remember what my Dad said and it makes me chuckle and I actually feel comforted by his wise words.

IS BEING “IN-LOVE” IMPORTANT?

Denim 'n Dirt

People often ask me about what “in love” means and whether it “really matters” in relationships. I especially get this question from people who are in very new relationships or from those in long-term, unhappy relationships. What does “in love?” look like? Take a look at what “in love” looks like!

FEELINGS-Relationship Language

07-laughwithhat

Belly laughing is good for us! Our animals help us experience this type of JOY often! They can help you get in touch with your JOY too! Equines have a way of helping us humans experience all of our feelings. Feelings are the “language” of relationship-with ourselves and others. Denim ‘n Dirt EAGL-we are here to help.

EQUINE ASSISTED GROWTH n LEARNING

Horses

Give it a try! We are here in the greater Los Angeles area. Break out of your box…Let our equines assist you. You will be amazed; every session amazes me-every time. Welcome to Denim ‘Dirt EAGL. We are all here to help you find solutions. EAP is solution focused therapy; we here to help you find the answers.

DIFFERENT VIEWS?

Different views, different realities? It depends on “which way” we look at it. Do you view something “one way” and your partner looks at it in “another way”? Do you RESPECT each other’s views or do you argue to get him/her to see it your way? At Denim ‘n Dirt, we work with couples who may see it from different “perspectives”-yet find ways to keep a loving relationship at the center. Understanding each other’s views and learning to compromise and respect is at the heart of positive, long-lived loving relationships. We look forward to helping couples learn the skills to facilitate long-lasting loving relationships.
